Privacy notice

This notice explains what Funnel Machine does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and anything else you choose to add: your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever your message contains.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one reason: to answer your request, which usually means writing your Buyer Map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply stop at any point, we stop contacting you.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow-up question, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are never sold, rented or traded. Only the people who handle your request can see them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The only outside resource it loads is a set of fonts.

Deleting your details

You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to jenna.rutledge@funnelmachine.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will remove it and confirm when it is done.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
